I refer to the ‘wonder’ filled ‘77 days of
glory’ at the Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedral relayed on Channel 44 Miracle
TV on 03 December 2016 which featured Samson Mukisa (aka Musasizi Robert) and
his so called mother, Olivia Nansubuga repenting to you, a ‘Living Saint’ Pr Robert Kayanja for the 2008 – 2012 sodomy saga
and your subsequent post on Facebook using your Iphone and Sunday Vision, 12
Dec 2016 story titled ‘I lied, says
Kayanja’s accuser’ which have generated responses as if anything new was
presented hence my initial brief response as follows:
Saint Pr
Robert
Kayanja, I believe that troubled by your
guilt consciousness, contrary to what you should have done (publically
confess for all mischief in your life that include intermittent accusations of
sodomizing young people under your care and charge; using state machinery to
kidnap, harass, frame up and silence them and their Good Samaritans, and
compromising the media to run sympathetic stories) you desperately organized
another Miraclewood film show to
attract public sympathy, clear your name and portray us (me, Pr Moses Solomon Male, Pr Martin Sempa,
Pr Micahel David Kyazze, Pr Robert Kaira, Deborah Anita Kyomuhendo and David
Mukalazi - a victim whose sodomy complaint against you was never investigated
but was bundled with us Good Samaritans, framed, persecuted, prosecuted, denied
opportunity to defend ourselves, convicted and sentenced on 03 Oct 2012 to
fines of U Shs 1,000,000 and 100 hours of community service each for a crime we never committed) as a bunch of
malicious criminals and framers of a ‘Holy
man’ and ‘Living Saint,’ Pr Robert Kayanja the miracle maestro.
Mukisa Samson and his ‘mother’
speak the ‘truth’:
Holy man, you assert that
during the ‘77 days of glory,’ Samson Mukisa and Olivia Nansubuga spoke the
truth: fine; though you could be ‘right,’
let me help you to understand more:
1.
On the Names: in his Affidavit and first statement at CPS (both made 17/2/2009), and in his statements
made while in Kibuli CID detentions (by the Edward Ochom, Moses Sakira, Venus
Tumuhimbise and others syndicate) of 15 & 19 May 2009, he said he was Mukisa Samson.
In his extra-judicial statement made in
Buganda Road Court on 20 May 2009, he is called Bulega Robert alias Samson
Mukisa.
On Akaboozi Ku Bbiri Fm on 25 May 2009 hosted by your friend Basajja
Mivule and accompanied by plain clothed security operatives and with his so
called mother, Olivia Nansubuga, he introduced himself as Samson Mukisa Musasizi Kaliba Robert.
In his statement made
at Bweyogerere while in detention dated 5 June 2009, he said he was Samson Mukisa alias Bulega Kaliba Musasizi.
When he featured on
Super FM on 23 July 2009 hosted by Mulindwa Muwonge the investigator and his
team, he called himself Bulega Kaliba
Robert Mukisa. Surprisingly, when he featured again on Super FM on 3 Sept
2009 hosted by the same team not too long after disowning the names Mukisa
Samson, he called himself Mukisa Samson.

During the Buganda Road
Court proceedings on 2 Feb 2011 he said he was Bulega Kaliba Robert Musasizi. He had mastered being Bulega Kaliba
Robert Musasizi.
Surprisingly however is
that even during his confession at Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedral on the 76th
day of the 77 days of glory, to introduce himself he said, ‘Praise the Lord. The names,
mom has already told you, Mukisa, I mean, Musasizi Robert. She named me
Musasizi but in my clan they call me Kaliba Robert.’
Close to six years
since he had mastered being Bulega
Kaliba Robert Musasizi, his adopted name Bulega had already slipped
out of his memory! Nowhere in his confession does he mention it. However,
what he could not forget was his childhood identity of Mukisa. I believe he was next going to mention Samson when he remembered he was in Miraclewood film producers for a film show he had been contracted and prepared for to clean up Saint Pr Robert Kayanja’s sodomy stains
which to you and your ardent followers was a job very well done and cause for
celebration and great media publicity and all I have to do as a brother is to
congratulate you for the great achievement.
However, as you
celebrate being cleared of sodomy by Samson Mukisa, I need to remind you that when he featured on Akaboozi Ku Bbiri FM in
company of his so called mother, Olivia Nansubuga and plain clothed security
operatives and was asked by his host and your good friend Basajja Mivule how he
had acquired the names of Mukisa and Samson, he said he had got the name Mukisa
from his mother who used to be called Mukisa, and Samson was his own name.
In court on 2 Feb 2011, he had mastered to allege that I am the one who named
him Mukisa Samson.
I have the records of
all Mukisa Samson’s identities as
already cited and I challenge you to prove that what I have stated is not the indisputable truth.
2.
On being sodomized by
you, ‘Living Saint’ Pr Robert Kayanja:
Glory to God for Mukisa Samson’s confession that you
never sodomized him. You indeed have reason to celebrate, air it on Channel 44
Miracle TV, post it all over the internet and ensure that even Sunday Vision
runs it as a worthy story for people to know how I and my team used him to accuse you of sodomy.
Just to remind you a
bit, in his affidavit and first statement at CPS Kampala made 17 Feb
2009, Mukisa Samson said you, Living
Saint Pr Robert Kayanja had sodomized him after drugging him. Timeline was
after your crusade in Mbarara. No specific date was ever stated. He had a
sodomy abuse experience. No money or guns were used to compel him to accuse
you. To prove that it was his personal experience, all the times he narrated
it, it would be the same detailed story. His failure to maintain his identity
name changes proves him a poor crammer incapable of cramming such a detailed gruesome
personal sodomy pedophilia experience.
When arrested instead
at Kibuli CID Headquarters where he had been taken for help on 15 May 2009, his
statement denied any prior contact with you and having ever been sodomized and
presented his sodomy experience as a concoction by me and my co-convicts
intended to tarnish your reputation and trade.
When he escaped the
following days, 16 and 17 May 2009, he revealed how he had been arrested and
put at gunpoint to sign the statement that had been written while referring to
the first statement made at CPS Kampala, because he had refused to sign it. It
contradicted the CPS statement and cleared you of sodomizing him.
He had bruises in his
palms and legs which he attributed to you trapping him to fall at the Kibuli
CID tarmac in the presence of the CID top brass then. He featured on WBS TV,
UBC TV and other Medias painfully narrating his ordeal and I remember him well
respond to the then CID boss, Edward Ochom’s claim that I and my colleagues had
conspired to commit a felony: ‘All I
know is that Police is Kayanja and Kayanja is Police.’ This irked the CID
top brass whom you had already compromised: I hope you have not forgotten how Parliament blocked you from rehabilitating
the Old Kampala Police Station which you had started off with its toilets after
sodomy cases against you had started.
On 19 May 2009 when at
Kibuli CID headquarters in the presence of his lawyers then, Andrew Kasirye and
Paul Rutisya, he made a damning statement implicating the CID top brass of
conniving with you, Saint Pr Robert Kayanja to kill his sodomy accusations
against you. He insisted that you had
sodomized him and that he had been
put at gunpoint to retract his sodomy accusations against you. To silence
him, the Ochom – Sakira led cartel arrested him that day and what followed you
well know; detained under guise of Police Witness protection till after the
Buganda Road Court case of maliciously fabricated conspiracy accusations
against us was decided and we were convicted on 3 October 2012.
On 20 May 2009 he was
taken to Buganda Road Court by notorious Major
Salambwa for an Extra-Judicial
Statement in which he alleged sodomy accusations as a concoction by me, a
claim he maintained through the trial.
Despite that, toward
the end of our trial he tried to come back to me and made a number of phone
calls seeking forgiveness. Though I forgave him, I refused to be excited about
it and so, didn’t welcome or encourage him to approach me. As we waited inside
Buganda Road Court cells for our lawyers and sympathizers to finalize paying
our fines to regain our freedom on 03 October 2012, he also came to the court
cells entrance and apologized to us for falsely testifying against us to save
you from the sodomy pedophilia noose. He said he had been compelled to lie
against us.
Even as recently as mid
this year, 2016, he called me begging for forgiveness and though we forgave him
long ago, I refused to entertain him. I believe the Holy Spirit guided me well.
Because his Affidavit
and first Police statement contained no dates and you were citing dates during
media appearances on TV and radios and I greatly highlighted your lies in the
media, you succeeded getting him into Police custody since beside the Ochom –
Sakira led cartel, you had afande Gilbert Arinaitwe Bwana the notorious
Commando and schemer who smashed retired Colonel Dr Kiiza Besigye’s car window,
sprayed pepper in his entire face, opened and dragged him out and into the
notorious Police van. His (Mukisa’s)
statement had to be re-written citing dates when you were out of the country to
create an alibi for you. Evidence to that exists. Only the naïve may be ignorant of the fact that one of Uganda Police
Force CIID officers’ expertise lies in manufacturing and killing evidence to
create alibis for financially well off and highly connected criminals.
Let me tell you: you
have the money, guns and all state power connections which you can abuse to
compel him to do what you want. Continue. But remember, change is like rest:
time may come when your state patronage is no more.
It is no secret that on
22 Dec 2010, I and one of my lawyers, Henry Ddungu were arrested by the Grace
Akullo led Special Investigations Unit, taken to Central Police Station
Kampala, then to Buganda Road Court, then back to CPS where our tormentors gave
me an unsolicited Police Bond. I refused to be released till my lawyer whom
they wanted to detain, torment and compel him to retract his statement dated 19th
May 2009 in which he owned your sodomy victim Samson Mukisa’s affidavit he had
commissioned was released. Ddungu was being accused of allegedly ‘commissioning false affidavits’ because
he had, in his statement dated 19 May 2009 refused to disown Mukisa Samson’s
affidavit so that the Ochom-Sakira-Grace Akullo cartel could prefer fabricated
charges of forging affidavits against me.
When the move failed,
we were released that day. Evidence of this is overwhelming.
If true as later while
in Police custody Mukisa Samson alleged in court and during his ‘confession’ at
your Miracle Centre Cathedral that I made his affidavit in my office, why was
my lawyer arrested and tormented? Secondly, why is it that with all the vigor
you had and still have to get me in prison, I have never been accused and
prosecuted for forgery?
Nor has Mukisa’s
affidavit ever been called a forgery by any court. The contents were his
personal experience narrated without any coercion or promises.
3.
On being paid or
promised money and life abroad to lie that you sodomized him:
Are you aware that in
his first retraction at Kibuli CID HQ of 15/5/2009, Buganda Road Court
Extra-Judicial Statement of 20/5/2009, Akaboozi Ku Bbiri featuring of
25/5/2009, statement in Bweyogerere of 5/6/2009 and Super FM featuring of
2/9/2009, all made while in Police custody, nowhere did he mention promises of
money or life abroad?
Are you aware that in
his first retraction at Kibuli CID HQ of 15/5/2009, though he said I had paid
him U Shs 50,000 a month for 3 months, he never mentioned any promises of any
money or being taken abroad to lie?
And are you aware that
while on Super FM hosted by Mulindwa Muwonge team on 23/July/2009 he said
pastors (meaning me and my team) had promised him U Shs 60 million and life in USA to lie that you had sodomized him
(recording available), during the Buganda Road Court proceedings on 2 Feb 2011
he had forgotten this and said it was Pr Michael Kyazze who had promised him
better life in Sweden to lie that you had sodomized him? For your information,
on this issue, it is on court record that HW J P Wekesa recorded his testimony
as follows:
‘At that time Pastor Kyaze was
not there. He was abroad, when he came
back Pastor Kayiira took me to Pastor Kyaze.
He is the fat man with the spectes.
He points at A3. When I met Kyaze
he also told me to make allegations against Pastor Kayanja. That he sodomised
me. He said if I do so, he will give
another job and I leave the work of being a porter at the construction.
He also promised to take me to
Sweden and I get better life than that I was in before. I accepted and he gave
me another job at Blessed Valley P/S.’
What an inconsistent
witness!!! He is now the same man you rely on to clear yourself of indulgence
in sodomy forgetting that his inconsistencies deny him the moral authority to
do so. Only consistent people like me and my team-mates have it but cannot do
so considering the history we know!!
What more do you want
to know of a person who can well remember the sodomy experience he denies; yet
cannot be consistent on what he calls the truth rebutting his sodomy
experience?
Now, assuming it is
true he lied that you sodomized him, if he could lie on mere promises, how
about when bankrolled by a rich man like you, bankrolling ‘mother’ and ‘child?’
4.
Samson Mukisa praises your
kindness:
During his confession,
Mukisa praised you for your ‘kindness’
as he begged for your forgiveness and declared that though you could have
imprisoned him, you didn’t. I definitely can’t underrate your kindness to him
and greatly thank you for it.
However, Saint Pr Robert Kayanja, I wonder if
what he said really defines who you are or what happened to him. Didn’t you, on
21 May 2009 during our meeting with the Inspector General of Police and his
team on your sodomy saga tell Major General then now General Kale Kayihura and
his team to take charge of all alleged sodomy victims? Was that not ordering
for their arrest and detention under guise of witness protection?
What a pretense for all of you: you, Nansubuga and
Mukisa Samson! How can all of you so easily forget that Mukisa was detained
from 19 May 2009 because of you and on your orders and would come to court
escorted by plain clothed SIU Police detectives from a detention centre where
even Matovu Robson, another of your sodomy victim accusers was detained! In
case you have forgotten, please read stories in The New Vision, Thur 21 May 2009, ‘Pastor Kayanja accuser arrested,’ the Daily Monitor Thur 21 May 2009,
‘Drama as Kayanja accusers withdraw,’ and The Sunrise, 22 – 28 May 2009, ‘SODOMY:
Police on Trial’ and see if you will get sense from them. If you missed
them, see copies attached for perusal. You
ordered and facilitated Mukisa Samson’s detention. So stop your dramatized
pretenses.
That is why I insist that Mukisa’s sodomy story cannot be
concocted but his personal real-life sodomy experience with you for he has
never forgotten even a little of what he said, affidavited and recorded in his
first and original CPS statement, not the changed one. It is his retractions that are a concoction the very reason he
struggles to remember them and misses parts. Even when he came to court,
though he said he had crammed the sodomy story in two weeks, he could well
remember every detail of the sodomy experience. How can a man who could cram
such a lengthy sodomy story not remember that he has ever been detained on the
orders of a merciful Living Saint, Pr Robert Kayanja!
Well, thanks for your
kindness to him but I wonder if James
Brian Ntwatwa (another of your sodomy attempt victim whose experience
occurred in Nairobi who called your wife Jessica ‘Mamba,’ arrested by SIU’s
Magala on 9 Nov 2011, taken to Buganda Road Court, remanded by HW JP Wekesa for
one week in Luzira Prison because of his refusal to come and testify against
us, where he was finally tamed and came from on 15 Nov 2011 to give fabricated
evidence against us but got a shock of his life from the recording I had made
of my first conversation with him where he narrated your sodomy advances to
him, played in court and in public domain)
would also praise you for your kindness unless you bankrolled him further.
5.
Olivia Nansubuga’s
confession:
Saint Pr Robert Kayanja, I greatly thank you for creating a
platform for Nansubuga to display not only her foolishness but sycophancy and
pretense too.
I doubt she has even
any moral authority to allege that her ‘much
beloved son’ Mukisa Samson was used to falsely accuse you of sodomizing
him:
Though bad and evil we are, any sane,
caring and loving mother would
have approached us to know how Mukisa had got to Omega Healing Centre, the
medical evidences we had proving prior sodomy on him, how he got to report to
Police and how he had got arrested, how he had got the wounds on his hands in
Police custody, etc before making a statement against him to have him arrested.
And while caring and
loving mothers always plead with Police not to have their beloved children
detained, Nansubuga did the contrary: when she came to Kibuli on 18 May 2009,
she was so furious against us and breathed fire that Mukisa Samson must be
arrested and detained. After his arrest and start of detention, she left Kibuli
CID so happy that her mission had been well accomplished.
All her actions proved
a well paid hiring masquerading a mother. Of-course with your money-pregnant
wallet, everything was possible since you had bankrolled every witness coming
to falsely accuse us in court, including Police officers and officers of the
judiciary. Don’t you remember HW Wekesa’s car scandal story in Red Pepper?
If she is the real mother, then SAD!!!! She is not worth being called a mother. For how could she have been
so irresponsible to let her ‘only’ and ‘very beloved son’ as she claimed during
her Rubaga Miracle Centre confession, moreover a juvenile then to wander from
home and fall into wrong hands to be abused and / or used without any effort to
trace him!! How could she have allowed him to drop out of school yet greatly
care about her appearance: hair, cosmetics and wardrobe!!!
Unfortunately, the
systems we have could not reprimand her for criminal negligence. That is Uganda
the Pearl of Africa where laws serve the interests of the privileged like you.
The poor and disadvantaged strive for justice and more than often in vain.
However, her appearance today signals that she has been
minting money from you the very reason she came with her son to reveal nothing
new.
As an activist and
voice for the voiceless, I am so happy that at last, after being abused, Mukisa
is now bankrolled by Pr Robert Kayanja. This is in direct contrast to the Limit
X victim, David Mukalazi, Robson Matovu, Johnson Mutumba, Talemwa Isaac and
others sexually used / abused or traumatized and dumped unless you have
bankrolled them too to defend and clean you of sodomy abuses and pedophilia. My
co-convicts must be happy too that Mukisa is now minting money from you to
feature in your latest film, ‘77 days of
glory; Pr Robert Kayanja cleared of sodomy.’
6.
The miracles that would
have cleared you of sodomy indulgences:
Saint Kayanja, though I congratulate you for being cleared of
sodomy, I doubt you successfully did so. Instead, most of the people who
followed the events concluded that you had become a film-star who has turned
Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedral into Miraclewood,
a replica of Holywood and Nolywood (renowned for biNigeria). Congratulations for your
film stardom.
I would have taken you very seriously had the following
miracles taken place during the 77 days of glory:
a. If the September 2006 real wine smuggler, not a ‘family
member’ had shown up and repented during the 77 days of glory. Or if the Executive of
Uganda Revenue Authority had confessed for your negative publicity as the
smuggler; that would have made sense (Please don’t manipulate them to do so).
Remember, none of the media houses that publicized you as a wine smuggler has
ever apologized despite your threats of intention to sue them. What we
witnessed in 2006 was your advertisement in the media denying ownership of the
wines.
b. It would have been a miracle if mystery surrounding Kigozi
the once mad man who used to live along Luwum and William Streets in the 1980’s
whom you claimed to have prayed for and healed, got off the street and taken to
Rubaga Miracle Centre and died under mysterious circumstances had been cleared.
As you
know, some claim he ate soap and died. Others claim he was killed after running
mad again so as not to nullify the miracle claim. Either way, he must not have
been healed of madness.
Integrity dictates that
as the one who claimed to have prayed for and cured him and got him off the
streets never to be seen again, you ought to have cleared the air as to what
really happened to him to stop all speculations and misinformation to prove
that the 77 days were really of God’s glory.
c. If masterminds and machinegun /
AK 47 wielding men responsible for kidnapping your sodomy accusers: Chris Muwonge, Herbert Tumukunde, John Mutumba,
Robson Matovu, Ezekiel Wambuzi, Muwanguzi Moses and others had come out,
repented and admitted responsibility for the kidnaps:
On 22 September 2012, I
wrote to the Inspector General of
Police, Kale Kayihura then a Lt General a letter titled, ‘Police Failure to investigate endemic kidnaps of Pr Robert Kayanja’s
aides and sodomy witnesses.’ Please study the soft copy attached.
To-date, Gen Kayihura has never responded to any of its
contents. And I insist as I told him that the only reason why Police could not
investigate and unearth the masterminds and kidnappers and compel them to face
justice is because you, Saint Robert Kayanja conspired with the Uganda Police Force
to kidnap your sodomy accusers. If you want ask Gen Kayihura to tell you if I
Moses Solomon Male, Pr Sempa, Pr Kyazze, Pr Kaira, Deborah Anita Kyomuhendo or
David Mukalazi have ever made any statements in respect of the endemic kidnaps.
d.
If renowned sinners and
condemned ‘criminals’ Pr Moses Solomon Male, Pr Martin Sempa, Pr Michael David
Kyazze, Pr Robert Kaira, Deborah Anita Kyomuhendo and David Mukalazi had come
out and repented for maliciously conspiring to frame you with sodomy:
Saint Pr Robert Kayanja;
you well know who we are, men and a woman of undeniable reasonable integrity.
We are definitely not saints, we are mortal not superhuman, we are sinners who error,
but with clear consciences that can still convict us to repent if in the wrong.
And in my weakness, I am on record for repenting publically of my involvement
in cults without fear of shame or self condemnation. Had I and my co-convicts:
Pr Sempa, Pr Kyazze, Pr Kaira, Deborah and David wronged you in any way, we
would have found no problem apologizing. And had anyone fooled us to believe
that you sodomized the victims we had including Mukisa Samson, we would have publically
apologized to you.
e.
If the Pr Robert
Kayanja I know had repented of giving false prophecies:
Saint Pr Robert Kayanja, I hope you still have vivid memory of renowned Pr Robert Kayanja’s 2006
election lies dubbed prophecies that spelt that 5 candidates would stand for the Presidential race of whom one would die,
one quit, the winner would get 61.8% of
votes. What followed was heightened
tension as many people anxiously waited to see prophecy fulfilled (The New
Vision January 9 2006 & Sunday Vision January 22 2007).
When challenged to define who would die, he refused to do so claiming,
that is what God had told him to prophesy.
As if that was not enough, while ministering at pastor Aaron Mutebi’s
Miracle Centre church in Entebbe, he claimed that God had told him how He had
cancelled the death of one candidate because of the intercessory prayers and
fasting that had been launched.
As it turned out, six candidates, not
five, were nominated for the
presidency, namely: Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Mama Miria Obote Kalule, Retired
Colonel Dr Kiiza Besigye, Dr. Pr. Abed Bwanika, DP’s John Sebaana Kizito and
Seya Alhajj Nasser Ntege Sebaggala.
Though one candidate, Alhajj Sebaggala pulled out of the race, no candidate died.
Yet with such purported God’s ‘change of mind’ signaling abating of his
anger, instead of the prophetic 61.8% win getting better, President Yoweri
Kaguta Museveni got only 59.26% of the votes. And for the first time in his
aspirations, his win was contested in court for election rigging and fraud and
the majority of judges concurred, fraud had actually taken place but stopped
short of ordering fresh elections for the sake of national healing.
I don’t need to add on. If that Kayanja had come, confessed and
repented of national lies, that would have been wonderful and the 77 days of glory
would have indeed made sense.
f.
If the Pr Robert
Kayanja I know had confessed for deep rooted avowed desire to destroy us the
Good Samaritans as exhibited in the video recording of him breathing fire in
the church in London, UK, that would have given credence to the 77 days of
glory:
As a flashback, when
his sodomy saga started, he stormed the media to fight using lies. In radio and
television studios, he would compromise technical teams not to allow in live
phone calls. Many of his hosts falsely claimed problems with studio phone lines
and used it as excuse not receive calls to save him from being discredited.
He avoided any
face-to-face encounter with us in the studios. I remember the day I was
supposed to feature with him on KFM. His security operatives took over Monitor
Publications security and my would be host called me with apologies not to host
me lest I got hurt.
I challenged him and
exposed the lies he peddled, from one station to another except on Born Again
media stations whose presenters had instructions from their pastoral bosses not
to host me so that they keep their followers in the dark about the man
considered the icon of the Born Again in Uganda at the time.
Realizing that he would
not win, he turned to Police to arrest his accusers, compel them to retract and
he later travelled to London, UK where he breathed fire, vowed to ruthlessly
destroy our families, ministries, sponsors, finances, etc.
Even when he came to
court and falsely testified against us, when asked about the recording and told
to forgive us as Jesus taught, he said he would never forgive us.
Had that Kayanja
attended the 77 days of glory and confessed, that would have been wonderful. If
he had come and confessed for conspiring with Police CID to concoct the
conspiracy charges against us, the 77 days of glory would have had great
meaning.
Saint Pr
Robert Kayanja,
believe me; we did all due diligence to dig into your sodomy accusations and it
is very unfortunate that Police CID betrayed our cause against homosexuality,
arrested your sodomy accusers and compelled them to change their statements.
It is also very unfortunate that instead of
setting up an independent inquiry as we demanded to unearth the truth, our
Government chose to do nothing but come up with the populist, hypocritical and
opportunistic Anti-Homosexuality Bill 2009, passed in 2013, assented to in 2014
and annulled by the Constitutional Court that same year, 2014.
Worse is the religious fraternity leadership
aware of your sodomy accusation histories that publically loudly pretended to
be anti-homosexual yet covertly undermined the cause. To this, Dr Joseph
Serwadda, Professor Simeon Kayiwa, Pr Aloysius Bugingo, Bishop Julius Oyet, Pr
Godfrey Luwaga, Pr Kaloli Nsubuga Commando, Pr Tumwine and many others can be
my witnesses.
In their desperate attempt to save you, instead
of dealing with the sodomy issue, some convened at Victory Church Ndeeba and
partook of the plot to disown one person, Moses Solomon Male whom they
condemned as an accuser of the brethren, without a church, not born again and
not a pastor. I have the evidence.
By the way, I am on record since 1993 for
exposing the rot in and outside the church: cults, the occult, religious frauds
and merchandizing, manipulations and mind-controls, sodomy, pedophilia and
sexual abuses, miracle faking, false prophecies and charlatanism etc. Believe
me; though saintly you are, you cannot claim to be free of many these.
I am not surprised that sodomy has so seared
your conscience and ruined your objectivity that you cannot feel remorse and
repent, but all you do is to stage kidnaps and pro-you apologies, etc to
manipulate the public into believing that in all you are innocent and saintly
and just a victim of malicious individuals.
I hope
you are not going to pretend that you are ignorant of further sodomy
accusations against you by Moses Muwanguzi and Denis Jingo even after our
convictions, totally independent of us though we got to know about them. But as
usual, you successfully used state machinery to silence them. Congratulations.

He apologized to the pastor for all the false accusations he made against him, though excused himself that he was working as a puppet with the control in some people’s hands. This man read a long list of pastors who he says were financing him to do what he did.. how dare you peddle and allow such lies to be peddled? When were you ever taken
to court, humiliated and the world said to its satisfaction? When and in which
court did Mukisa Samson or any other of your sodomy accusers ever ‘boldly’
stand, ‘to give testimony of how the pastor (you) sodomized him?’
Why don’t you tell your followers the truth
that of the many young men / boys who have ever accused you of sodomizing them,
some, including Mukisa Samson reported you to Police in 2009. But due to your
state connections and patronage, you used Police to arrest and compel them to
retract their sodomy accusations against you, except David Mukalazi. Irked by
his bold stand, you remorselessly, ruthlessly and unashamedly used the Police
CID to bundle, harass and frame Mukalazi with us, the Directorate of Public
Prosecutions to prosecute us and the judiciary to convict and sentence us to
fines of U Shs 1 million and 100 hours of community service each, which we
courageously served and enjoyed. This is common knowledge and in the public
domain.
It is not news that your tramped up criminal
trespass case in Mwanga 2 court against Pr Kaira has never been concluded.
In the Buganda Road criminal case against us: 1063/2010, HW John Patrick Wekesa
presided, got compromised, we succeeded getting him kicked out, then HW Julius
Borore took over and just like Wekesa, got compromised and with impunity,
abused his court powers and convicted us after denying us our constitutional
right to defend ourselves. We had and still have evidence that would have
proved that the boys who testified against us, including Mukisa Samson had been
sodomized. The criminal justice system saved your neck by stifling our noble
anti homosexuality cause. Even Mukisa’s purported mother, Olivia Nansubuga
testified against us.
I am on record that when convicted, I reproached
magistrate Borore for basing his judgment on tramped up charges and fabricated
evidence.
So what is the excitement of your clearance of
sodomy about when Mukisa Samson alias Musasizi Kaliba Robert featured in the
court case and in the media 2009 to 2012 and alleged that we had conspired to
frame you? Was that not clearance enough?
Saint, why do you
perennially lie? Tell the world reference of the case sodomy against you. In
which court was it handled? Which judge or
magistrate handled it? Who prosecuted
you? Who were the witnesses against you? When was it decided? What sentence did
you serve?
Saint Pr Kayanja, why do you use lies to
attract public sympathy?
Let me brief you about what happened after
being convicted and sentenced to U Shs 1 million and 100 community hours each:
i.
Pr
Kyazze and Pr Kaira religiously served in Naguru Hospital.
ii.
Pr
Sempa, David Mukalazi and I served in Mulago Hospital. And it was on my second
day of community service that I narrowly survived a poisoned hamburger which was
brought to me by an unknown young man pretending to be sympathetic to me and
the anti-homosexuality cause. His behavior matched that of your youthful
followers. The Holy Spirit convinced me not to eat it but my two baby pussy
cats whom we gave portions to test it
died and my son who chewed but spat a portion of it after being told it could
be poisoned had a painful running stomach for two weeks. That is what you
wanted, to end my life during servitude! And now you claim being cleared of
sodomy thinking we are fools!!
iii.
Sr.
Deborah Anita Kyomuhendo served her community in Mbarara Hospital.
Noteworthy is that we
not only greatly enjoyed community
service and miss it because of the many engagements we have, we also treasured
following Christ Jesus’ footsteps; convicted and sentenced for a crime we never
committed just because of our firm stand against moral decadence / sodomy and
criminality with impunity.
iv.
It
was during Community Service that I got Chris Mubiru’s live sodomy videos and
instead of referring the case to Police like in your sodomy cases, I referred
them to the media. The boys attempts to use state machinery to pin Chris nearly
backfired when the Army Officer who had volunteered to help them got arrested
by Kayihura’s men on charges of extortion and it was possession of Chris’ live
sodomy videos that saved him. However, the videos had been deleted from his
laptop and it is the back-ups I had advised them to keep that helped us in the
great sodomy expose and subsequent court process.

Since
then, Police CID and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions greatly respect me
in handling sodomy cases and several have been successfully concluded with my
intervention though corruption and impunity are still an impediment: a few can
suffice:

Shabash
Mohammed was sentenced to 10 years in jail without remission for drugging and
sodomizing Kasolo Sulaiman.
Ø
Bethel
Healing Center Pr Ronald Isabirye and teacher at Bethel Primary School was
sentenced to 20 years in jail for each of the counts of sodomizing 6 boys aged
below 14 years with the youngest aged 7. The sentences run concurrently.
Ø
British
citizen Bernard Randell was deported. He had been luring young boys into
homosexuality using money and showing them his live sodomy videos.
Ø
Chris
Mubiru spent 7 months in jail for sodomy.
Ø
Anglican
lay reader in Nakawuka, Herman Mutumba was sentenced to 6 years in jail for
sodomizing a 14 year old P 7 pupil.
Ø
Kavuma Sadique Fahad, a teacher of
Zakayo Musisi Memorial Primary School, Luwero, was sentenced to 3 years on each
of the two counts of sodomizing two of his primary 7 pupils, Criminal Cases No 458 & 459 of 2010
Noteworthy is that our endurance of state system
persecutions for the anti-sodomy cause was not in vain. We give glory to God
for giving us the courage to stand through all times.

During the annulled
Anti-Homosexuality Act 2014 Celebrations organized by the religious fraternity in
conjunction with government at Kololo on 31 March 2014 (which I snubbed as a
matter of principle) a few prominent persons were recognized as heroes for
their great contributions to the crusade against homosexuality. Notable among the heroes were Pr Moses Solomon
Male, Pr Martin Sempa, Pr Michael David Kyazze, Pr Robert Kaira and Deborah Anita Kyomuhendo, Pr Stephen
Langa and politicians led by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Hon Speaker
Rebecca Kadaga and Hon David Bahati. Our names were read by none other than
former Minister of State Ethics & Integrity, James Nsaba Butuuro.
Saint Kayanja, how can
convicts accused of conspiring to falsely accuse a saint of your caliber of indulgence in homosexuality be recognized
as national heroes in the fight against homosexuality? Does it make sense to
you?
Well, what is apparent
is that Government deemed it not only necessary but important to pronounce
itself on us despite court decision condemning us, thereby acknowledging our
innocence and how a miscarriage of justice had led to your clearance of sodomy
and our wrongful conviction: hence; proclaiming us heroes in the fight against
homosexuality.
I believe this is what
compelled you to cook up how to make a comeback to the fore-front of the
Pentecostal church leadership, hence, Miraclewood in that style.
Therefore, if you have ever been taken to
court, that must have been before the CID boss, ‘Lord Justice’ Edward Ochom who
on Sunday 17 May 2009 usurped judicial powers, held a press conference at CID
HQ Kibuli, pronounced you free of sodomy accusations and victim of a sodomy
frame up. He subsequently convicted us for allegedly committing a ‘felony,’
using young boys to frame you and summoned us to Kibuli CID HQ. That is what I
can remember. No competent court has ever tried you to necessitate your former
accusers to cleanse you.
Though not all, while you still struggle stuck
in sodomy and other scandals, our lives have moved on and still focused on the
cause against moral decadence / homosexuality. And this is my warning to you: I
will not back off the struggle even in the midst of adversity or for the sake
of popularity. And I will not be detoured.
I hope you have by now internalized the fact
that Mukisa and Nansubuga’s confessions were not new and cannot be breaking
news because they said nothing new from what they claimed in 2009 – 2012 (after
Mukisa had been arrested and compelled to retract his accusations).
The news would have been that Mukisa Samson is
still struggling to grasp his new names given him for purposes of saving you
from sodomy accusations which would have landed you in jail.
News would also be that President Museveni saved
you from sodomy accusations. It is your intimation that President Yoweri Kaguta
Museveni called you several days after your sodomy saga had started unfolding,
comforted you and denied responsibility for the escalation of the saga expose
and pledged to help you through that has confirmed our long speculation that
President Museveni actually helped you off the sodomy perpetrator’s hook.
But are you aware that even after testifying
against us, Johnson Mutumba, Robson Matovu and Talemwa Isaac recorded video
retractions of what they had stated against us in court and affirmed how you
had sodomized and used them to defend yourself???? Aren’t you aware how Robson
Matovu and John Mutumba painfully and remorsefully apologized to us for falsely
accusing us and to the First Lady, Janet Kataha Museveni, court and other
people for deceiving them in order to defend their sodomizer, renowned Pr Robert Kayanja?
Believe me saint,
even Talemwa Isaac whom I first met in court falsely accusing us of conspiring
to tarnish your reputation and trade with sodomy painfully and remorsefully
apologized to us for his action and for the first time narrated to me how you
sodomized and ruined his life.
For all this I have empirical evidence.
Living
Saint, I
can write on and on but will write further if you compel me to do so. However,
I can’t withhold my humble advice to you.
You have a very septic wound called indulgence in homosexuality which
keeps giving off bad stench and discharges (victims) which attract flies (Good
Samaritans) to suck its puss so that it heals and one of them is the
undersigned, Pr Moses Solomon Male.
It must
therefore be a mistake on your part that instead of dealing with the septic
wound, you live in denial and concentrate on persecuting the flies that come
your way to alert you since you seem not to be convinced that your septic wound
is stinking that no matter how much you try to hide it, the stench publicizes
what you have: a very smelly septic wound that needs urgent attention and for
which guns, guards, gold and denial offer no solution. Understand that even
flies have very good uses in our lives: we need them to do their work.
As a
caution, if your zip disturbs you or unzips your pants without your knowledge
to generate intermittent sodomy accusations against you, since you have
closeness to God, ask him to provide you with the best pant zip padlock so that
sodomy accusations become history. Short of that, flies must keep landing on
your septic wound and blame or persecute them not as they simply fulfill their
duty call obligations to lick the puss.
Furthermore,
saintly pretense, faking kidnaps, staging confessions, faking miracles to
masquerade a miracle genius, increasing your security detail, claiming
closeness to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and other prominent figures,
faking prophecies, etc, will not help you to regain lost glory. It is true
repentance, humility and honesty that must restore you and allow the loving,
caring and merciful God to grant you imperishable glory.
As a reminder, are you aware that President
Apollo Milton Obote called the Yoweri Kaguta Museveni led National Resistence
Army a group of bandits instead of addressing why they had gone to the Luwero
jungles and envisaged no day when the NRA would make any military and political
gains? But did how Obote portrayed the gallant NRA fighters ever stop them from
gaining momentum and support? On 25 July 1985, Obote was toppled by his army
which was also later driven out of power by the NRA, hence military and
political gains by the NRA/NRM.
So, don’t
tarnish or underestimate our anti-homosexuality cause. It will live on and if
you don’t repent, check your zip and find cure for your septic sodomy wound,
the cause will someday net you. After all, change is like rest. If God allowed
you opportunity not to be imprisoned, it doesn’t mean He will always allow you
opportunity to escape.
Finally, I would have
physically delivered this letter to you or sent someone to deliver it but your
past history of framing Pr Kaira for criminal trespass and the guards and guns
in your church that nearly detained Daily Mail journalist David Jones could not
allow me to.
I hope God gives you remorse and humility to
stop using your Miracle Centre Cathedral business pulpit for Miraclewood film
productions and Channel 44 mouthpiece for propaganda to fool the masses.
Stop behaving like an Ostrich, hiding your head
in the sand as if people can’t see and know your sex conduct.
And stop behaving like the foolish emperor in Han Christian Andersen’s story, ‘The Emperor’s New Clothings’ who, obsessed by flamboyance, buying
expensive clothings, showing them off and being praised failed to realize that
he was being duped by two swindlers into believing he was very elegantly
dressed when totally naked. These swindlers masqueraded expert weavers and claimed they could weave the most magnificent fabrics
imaginable. Not only did they praise their colors and patterns as uncommonly
fine, but claimed that clothes made of their cloth had a wonderful way of
becoming invisible to anyone who was ‘unfit for his office,’ or who was ‘unusually
stupid.’
He believed their lies, placed an order, paid
them for empty air, dressed in nothing and was carried naked in a procession
throughout his land. And though none of his subjects and most trusted ministers
could see him dressed, nobody would confess that he couldn't
see anything, for that would prove him either unfit for his position, or a
fool.
It is a little child who had the courage to
ignite speaking out. ‘But he hasn't got anything on,’ the
little child said.
‘Did
you ever hear such innocent prattle?’ said its father. And one person whispered
to another what the child had said, ‘He hasn't anything on. A child says he
hasn't anything on.’
It
is the little child that ignited the whole town to finally cry out, ‘But he hasn't got anything on!’
The
Emperor heard them cry out but unwilling to swallow his pride, continued with
the procession, more proudly than ever. What a shame for the shameless
emperor!!!!!
If
elders and systems have chosen silence about your behaviors inconsistent with your profession of faith, there is need
for an innocent courageous little child
to break what they fear to say that hey; swindlers
have duped you to believe that you are dressed when totally naked. Don’t take
offense but even if you do, the Lord God
who has brought me this far will carry me through.
Humbly
again saint and with due respect to you, just like David
told Goliath, I tell you: you may trust in gold, guards, guns and state
connections, but my trust is in the Living Lord God who has continued to carry
me through each and every challenge including the frame-ups, persecutions,
prosecution, conviction and sentencing you masterminded. Ponder your
spirituality.
Understand
that
though silent, many people are not that foolish to be duped: and borrowing from
Professor Simeon Kayiwa’s statement: They
know the truth and understand.
Just
know, we were not fools to put what happened to us during your 2008-2012 sodomy
saga behind us and carry on diligently with pursuit of the anti-sodomy cause.
This is not to say that books detailing what really happened will never be
published: they will. If your ‘sweetheart’ Jessica published your family
‘Through it all,’ there is no reason why the whole truth must not be published.
People want to know how we also coped through it all.
